For us at vtenext, the continuous evolution of our network is as important as the evolution of the relationship with our partners and resellers. Because of this, we decided to interview some of our resellers and partners, to learn about the implemented projects in detail, and to give our Network a voice.

In this interview with Luca Spadoni, CRM and App manager from Readytec, we talked in detail about the experience within vtenext’s Network, by focusing on the successful CRM project realized for Farvima Medicinali. Readytec is a company specialized in offering Management Solutions, Information Systems and Information Technology consulting.

1. Hi Luca, can you tell us what your company is all about? How long have you been in the vtenext Network?

Readytec is specialized in digital growth: our company offers consulting and Information Technology services and products.

We’ve been selling IT devices for office automation since the early 1980s. Today, Readytec is continuously growing in innovation, offering ERP, CRM, E-commerce, and Artificial Intelligence Assistants to more than 7000 customers. Our family is established in more than 10 headquarters in center-northern Italy: to connect with each other and with customers, we built an entire web farm, so we can offer cyber-security and monitoring services besides cloud backups and net infrastructures.

We’ve been VTENEXT partners for more than 10 years, while we recently empowered this collaboration by developing mobile apps and software connectors directly integrated to vtenext CRM. Now we can quickly integrate ERPs (in particular those from TeamSystems) with CRM processes.

2. What were the main reasons behind the choice of partnering up with vtenext?

Readytec is the first TeamSystem partner for number of customers and we needed a CRM solution that could adapt to the needs of multiple companies, from professional law firms, to Industry 4.0 enterprises and was not “vertical” to a single sector. We chose vtenext for the Business Process Modelling and “programmability”.

3. What are the features of vtenext that you appreciate the most?

Flexibility: our consulting and customer care service is well-known for being able to solve even the most complicated problems promptly.

With the BPM engine, custom modules and fields, data importing and webservices, we can integrate ERPs and third party softwares without writing a “brand new” software code (that is usually slow and expansive), while vtenext has a very good value for money.

4. What industries do your customers belong to? On average, how many employees do they have?

We serve italian small and medium-sized enterprises, although “small” doesn’t meen “less complex”: the excellent value for money allows us to work with customers ranging from entry-level firms, to big companies with hundreds of employees. Often, the current market state is defined as VUCA: Volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. In this context, a CRM is mandatory (not just necessary) and it must be dynamic like the environment in which us and our customers are working.

5. Could you tell us about a vtenext project you implemented that you are particularly proud of?

The biggest and longest-term project is vtenext CRM for Farvima Medicinali. Always inspired by the objectives of development and optimization of the services offered, today more than ever, Farvima works to face the challenges that this period of great evolution launches, in the belief that it is also up to the wholesaler to seek and find new solutions to new problems:

  • product assortment
  • multiplicity of services
  • guaranteed quality

can be considered the flagship values of the daily work.

The customer takes full advantage of multiple vtenext modules to coordinate the operations of 16 Distribution Warehouses, 9,500 pharmacies served, 2,800,000 deliveries carried out, and 320 employees spread over three different organizational entities (therefore a “multi-company” CRM environment).

Farvima

Farvima choose vtenext to manage at best their contacts, optimize the marketing campaigns and the internal processes. The vertical solution, implemented by our partner Readytec, is used as a company intranet to create a full box of customer information, but also to manage in-house procedures and relations with suppliers.

6. Do you have any social channels where to follow you?
